AIRESURF ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF MANAGEMENT

AireSurf Networks Holdings Inc. (CNQ - AIRE) announces that Frank Dion, Peter Gee and Ury Tkachenko have resigned as directors and officers of the Company. Mr. Paul Brent, has been appointed a director of the Company and interim President. The Company is currently in the process of identifying suitable individuals to augment the board of directors and management of the Company. Ury Tkachenko will continue to assist the Company’s efforts to advance its wireless technology.

The Company has completed a financing of $130,000 through the issuance of 1,300,000 units of the Company. Each unit is comprised of one Class A voting share and one warrant, each warrant entitling the holder to acquire an additional Class A Voting share at an exercise price of $0.15 for a period of 18 months from the date of issuance.
