AIRESURF ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF CHARLES VICKERS

Airesurf Networks Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) (CNQ - AIRE) announces that Charles Vickers has been appointed as a director of the Company. Mr. Vickers has been involved in the technology sector for the past twenty years acting for numerous companies including: Let’s Landscape (Together) Inc., where he evaluated business investments and prepared the company’s business plan; Comprehensive Business Services of Canada, where he served as Vice-President and Sales Manager responsible for franchise and client field sales; M.P.G. Canada, where he was Sales Manager responsible for sales of the company’s software products
in Ontario; and Infomatics where he was a Senior Marketing Representative responsible for the sale of the data communications software.

The Company has also entered into marketing/communications agreement with RM Communications Inc. Under the agreement RM will create branding materials for the Company (including a logo, website, promotional materials and other items) and provide some limited investor relations services to the Company. The Company will pay RM $6,000 for the initial services necessary to complete the website and the initial promotional materials, a monthly fee of $500 for the balance of the contract, and will grant 500,000 options to purchase Class A Voting Shares which expire in five years. 200,000 of the options vest immediately and are
exercisable at $0.15, 150,000 of the options vest on September 1, 2006, and are exercisable at $0.20, and 150,000 of the options vest on February 1, 2007, and are exercisable at $0.25.
